Today we’re releasing another maintenance update to Pagico for Desktop 6.6. Plus: We have awesome updates lined up in the near future!
Pagico for Desktop 6.6 r1607
This new release is a minor update with a focus on bug fixes and minor usability improvements. Here are the details:
- Compatible with OS X Yosemite
- Special characters, such as “&” are now properly treated in contact names.
- A few changes made to avoid the Pagico settings file being corrupted or lost
- Stability improvements for workspace syncs
This update is recommended for all users to upgrade, as it fixes an issue that may lead to the loss of your settings file, which contains important information about your Pagico. Losing that file can cause quite some hassle if you use the Workspace functionality. So, please update when you get a chance.
Updating your Pagico is very simple — just visit the Download Page, download and then install. No need to remove your existing Pagico installation.
Exciting updates for the near future
As some of you know, we are a very small software team working on a quite a few project. In the past few months, our focus has been mostly on the Pagico Plus for iOS and Android. And now our focus is rotating back to Pagico for Desktop. There are lots of exciting improvements on our roadmap, just to name a few:
- Better support for HiDPI screens
- Better printing capability
- Greatly improve the way files are attached to notes and tasks
- Allow Projects-in-Projects
- Support Color-coding for projects and contacts
- Better notification system for teams
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Better repeating task options
- And many more!
