Happy Holidays! Today we are excited to announce the availability of Pagico December 2023 Edition. This version introduces an easier way to create new tasks from file objects, and addresses a few minor glitches.
Creating New Tasks from Files
The need to create new tasks (or set deadlines) on documents is fairly common. With the December update, you can simply right-click on a file object and create a new task with just 2 clicks. The resulting task will also include a reference pointing to the original file, so it’s easy to keep things organized. If you wish – you can even archive the original file to further reduce visual clutter.
Other Minor Changes
- Fixed a formatting issue with pasting links into existing list items
- Creating a new task with a specific category will now get the list item correctly rendered with the category label

Looking back to the year of 2023, we released nearly a dozen feature updates. Starting from the supercharged list views, easier teammate task assignment, fully customizable content layout, automatic schedule preview, two-way calendar sync, task/subtask grouping, all the way to multi-window support and custom starting view. Every update included significant new capabilities while improving user experience through smaller changes. We hope you enjoyed these improvements as much as we do, and we certainly have lots of things remain in our feature wishlist, ready to be implemented in the upcoming year.
