At around 12:00pm EST on Wednesday April 25, a server-side software update unexpectedly brought in incompatible changes that negatively affected the Pagico ID service. As a result, new accounts couldn’t be created, existing accounts couldn’t be authenticated in Pagico, and workspace auto-join actions couldn’t be completed. As of 8:30pm on April 25, these issues have been resolved and all Pagico ID actions are performing nominally.
