We love Alfred, a application launcher for OS X. But it doesn’t just open files. With its latest v2 update, Alfred is capable of performing some very cool tasks using the newly added Workflow functionality. It is designed to do anything in a super-fast fashion. So, we need to see how we can harness its power to make our Pagico users happier. Guess what, we came up with super fast ways to save new tasks/notes to your inbox, and we’re almost done!
Soon, you’ll be able to type of a few keyword (or press a customizable keyboard shortcut) to quickly save tasks/notes into your Inbox, just like one of those keyboard ninjas. That’s right — the workflows are so fast and awesome, that our face almost melted when everything started to work. Here’s how it’ll look like when it gets to your desktop:
Here’s what to expect when the package is ready:
- It’ll be FREE.
- You can call up Alfred and type the keyword “ptask” or “pnote” to activate these workflows, OR
- You can use a customizable keyboard shortcut to quickly bring up Alfred with keyword already entered, OR
- Select a portion of text from any app, press the keyboard shortcut and have everything put in automatically for you.
- You can use keyword “ptoday” to quickly review everything that’s left for today.
This is going to be quite exciting. Expect to be more productive soon!
Cheers,
Ryo
